上禮拜周末就開始覺得右手腕開始痛了
讀二技的時候就曾經痛過一陣子
看醫生說除非很嚴重
不然只有讓它休息才會好
應該是打鍵盤還有用滑鼠的姿勢不對所造成的
那時候要我姐在醫院買了個滿俗的護腕
結果也沒帶過幾次
後來去買了一個可以把手腕墊起來的鼠墊來用
手腕才沒再痛了
而且質感也不錯
看來可能要買一個到公司用了
手痛不是病
痛起來也還好不會要人命
但是總是不舒服就是了~~~
